Several LARGE PASTURES with plenty of shade, feeding twice per day (alfalfa in the morning and forage at night)included. $115
LARGE STALLS (20x35), with 10x10 indoor, feeding twice per day included. Stall cleaning every other day. $165 or $135 if you clean your own stall at least every other day.
12x28 PIPE CORRALS reserved for horses in training or on sales consignment. Stall cleaning and feeding is included. Discount board rate of $155 per month.
Safe, quiet and convenient facility, located on a quiet, safe, private road. Arena with jump standards, ground poles, etc. 60 foot "high sided" round pen. Community feed and lockable tack storage. Horse trailer parking INCLUDED. Will feed supplements if you provide them for stalled horses at no extra charge.
THIS IS A SMALL BOARDING FACILITY THAT CATERS ONLY TO A SMALL AND SELECT GROUP OF HORSES IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT EACH HORSE HAS INDIVIDUAL CARE AND ATTNETION. YOU CAN FEEL SAFE WITH YOUR HORSE AT THE WILLIAMS RANCH!
--Turnout, which includes 20-30 minutes in the large arena, is $2 per day.
--Blanketing service, which includes blankets on at night and off in the morning (unless weather permits wearing them all day), is $30 per month for stalled horses and $60 per month for pasture horses.
--We also feed daily supplements to pasture horses for $3 per day (supplements for stalled horses are fed for free).
--Boarders also get to take advantage of a discounted lesson price, should they choose to take lessons or have thier horse in training. Discounted rate is $25 as long as 2 or more lessons are booked in a one month period.
I do accept trade for board situations, in which people feed/clean a designated number of times per week (only approximately 2 1/2 hours of "work" a week) for reduced board (Pasture board becomes $65 and Stall board becomes $105)
