"Oreo" is a very flashy and nicely marked 3 year old black and white paint mare. She stands 14 hands and is built beautifully, with a nice long hip, strong bone and an overall stocky tone. She is a "true" black and white paint, sporting a fancy all white mane and all black tail! You won't find another one marked like this!
"Oreo" was started in a "ranch horse" style; some arena work, but was quickly taken "out and about". She's got a good mind for the trail; level-headed and fairly non spooky. She has been to gymkhana events; stands by the trailer between classes like a champ, and she's even trotted the pole bending and barrel courses! Been ridden in the mountains, down dirt roads, across water, over tarps...THIS MARE IS VERY SANE AND NOT PHASED BY MUCH.
BECAUSE SHE HAS A SUPER KNACK FOR JUMPING (ALREADY JUMPS 12 INCH STRAIGHT BARS!), since she's been at the Williams Ranch, "Oreo" is being ridden english in addition to western. She will make someone a wonderful pony club mount, children's hunter, or 4-H horse, or you could go back to her western roots and take her to the local gymkhana events, use her on the ranch or on the trail. THE OPTIONS ARE ENDLESS!!!
"Oreo" trailers like a champ, hops right in and doesn't move a muscle until you ask her to...trailerd her 6.5 hours myself. She also ties, stands for bathing, doesn't mind fly spray, stands for saddling and bridling. Her only "vice" is that someone was a little "unkind" to her with the clippers at one point and she is quite afraid of them, but with patience and work she is getting better.
"Oreo" is currently in training, and will remain so until she is sold. She is learning to collect, set her head and shorten up her transitions and do some work over ground poles and cross rails. HER PRICE WILL INCREASE AS HER TRAINING PROGRESSES, SO GET HER NOW WHILE THE PRICE IS LOW! OREO NEEDS TO FIND A NEW HOME WHERE HER POTENTIAL CAN BE REALIZED AND ENJOYED!

"Chris" is a beautiful 2004 gelding who is wonderfully uncomplicated. He has a great foundation under saddle, including a nice walk, jog, and lope, as well as leg yeilds, a nice "off your seat stop" and a good turn. Has had 60 days of pro training at Dawn Walkers and has been heavily schooled since. This horse is on his way to becoming one SUPERB performance horse...could truly go in any direction, show, trail, performance, cows, reining, roping...the sky is the limit with this guy! The best part is that he is very laid back and easy going...has already been on trails (through water, over bridges, streets, railroad crossings, etc.), has been ridden by a 7 year old, has dragged buckets and logs, and has had a rope swung off him.
Bred to the hilt, including Sunny Dee Bar, Poco Pine, Brother Heathen and Sullivan's Heathen to name a few! His full brother is a 16 hand bulldog tank, and at 15.1 and still growing, "Chris" is going to be a big boy! You couldn't ask for a flashier horse, every year his palomino coloring gets darker and brighter.
"Chris" trailers wonderfully (over 1000 miles in the last year and half), clips, ties (has stood for hours without protest), stands for farrier (just tie him up, no need to hold him), great with vet, etc. Super easy going on the ground and a complete and TOTAL LOVER!
